Brittany Carter has been an integral part of Bluffton High School for the past 16 years
as a science teacher, specializing in AP Biology and Anatomy & Physiology.
She is also the powerhouse behind all things student council and school spirit.

Coach Carter has been on the BLHS Cross Country coaching staff for 9 years, helping the team secure the Boys Runner-Up State Championship of 2023, the Boys & Girls double State Championship of 2024, and the Girls repeat State Championship of 2025.
Coach Carter has three sons who are all BLHS athletes, and she is so excited to serve as this year’s Boy’s & Girl’s Head Cross Country coach. Her goal is to encourage all her athletes to work hard, run their best, and develop a life-long love of running.
