Physicals 5-12-26 4:30 PM at Bluffton High School

2026-27 Physicals Offered on 5/12/26 at Bluffton High School Physicals will be offered at the Bluffton High School weight room on Tuesday, May 12th at 4:30 PM.  These physicals are valid for 2026-2027.  Physicals cost $20 and can be paid by cash or check made out to the Bluffton High School Booster Club. 

 

The physical form and directions to complete  the new electronic packet through the Final Forms website can be found outside Coach Stewart’s office #1306 in the athletic wing or on the Bluffton High School Athletics website under Resources/Physical Forms. Physicals and packets for the 2025-2026 school year are no longer valid after May 31, 2026. Activities that take place beginning June 1, 2026, such as summer open season and strength and conditioning will require a 2026–2027 electronic packet.

 

Parking for physicals is in the Bluffton High School student parking lot, ZONE C off of H.E. McCracken Circle and enter the athletic wing at the main gymnasium entrance.  

**2026-27 athletic packets will only be electronic in Final Forms.  Paper packets will not be accepted.
